Support sample making and customization.
1. The end face must be clean, smooth, and free of scratches, stains, and other defects.
2. After assembly, the insertion and removal force of a ceramic rod with a diameter of 1.249 ± 0.0002 mm must be between 1 N and 2.5 N.
3. The release force between metal components must be greater than 30 N, and the press-in force must be between 100 and 600 N.
4. Connector 3D requirements: radius of curvature 7-25 mm, vertex offset ≤ 50 μm, and fiber height 0/-100 mm.
5. ILmax-ILmin ≤ 0.5 dB in all four directions on the receptacle end.
6. The fiber core must be single-mode (ZBL fiber).
7. The product must withstand 15 temperature cycles from -40°C to +85°C, maintaining temperatures between -40°C and +85°C for 30 minutes. The heating time during the temperature cycle must be ≤ 5 minutes, and the cooling time must be ≤ 10 minutes.
8. The LC receptacle must be equipped with a dust cap.
9. This product complies with ROHS standards.
