1. The end face must be clean, smooth, and free of scratches, stains, and other defects.
2. Connector 3D requirements: Curvature radius 7-25, vertex offset ≤ 50µm, fiber height 0/-100°.
3. IL ≤ 0.25dB for all five channels, IL min ≤ 0.2dB for each of the four directions on the receptacle end.
4. The product must withstand a 24-hour temperature cycle of -40°C to +85°C.
5. The fiber used is G657B3ZBL, with an outer diameter of φ0.35 and white nylon coated with nylon.
6. The product is ROHS compliant.
